Refund Policy

Hopefully you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if that is not the case, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in unused, saleable condition in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items must be well-packaged to prevent damage during return shipment. Diane W. Dersch Photography is not responsible for such damage.

• Ship them back to the address on the package return label, along with your order information. Diane W. Dersch Photography is not responsible for the cost to ship items back. Please use a type of service with a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived. Diane W. Dersch Photography is not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.

• Upon arrival, the items will be inspected to verify they are still in saleable condition, at which time a refund will be issued, minus the original shipping cost.
